I just read you diary and wanted to add a viewpoint on the screwcaps.
Notwithstanding the research that shows/claims that the screwcaps are just
as good or better than cork, it seems to me that if you talk to mobile
home salesman, they claim that today's manufactured homes are built just
like stick built homes (even better because they must be able to withstand
loading, moving ,setup, etc). At the end of the day, new manufactured
homes are going to depreciate over time, where most stick built homes with
appreciate. I will always buy your wines, but when you pull a bottle
of wine out that has a screw cap, a majority of people will have boones
farm or MD 2020 on their mind. I go with pat on this one. You
should know pretty soon if you offer cork or screw cap option to your future
buyers on how the market will receive the screwcaps.
