Yes, there are 3 different things to make, so there is cooking to be done. But all of it is pretty easy.

We take a couple of large chicken quarters and brine them for an hour (an optional step). Then we make up a breading from bread crumbs, ground corn meal and spices. The trick here is that we coat the chicken with a bit of mayonnaise and then apply the crumb mixture (twice!). We bake the chicken in the oven.

We also make "oven fries" by cooking the potatoes in a table top convection oven.

We also make our own coleslaw and a piece of garlic bread.

For us, serve with BBQ sauce for the chicken and ketchup for the fries.
