Weeks 47 - 48
November 27, 2005 to December 10, 2005 

	Wednesday November 30, 2005
	I gave my wonderful Mother her first computer. As expected she has had some trouble working the mouse with her arthritis infected fingers, but she is now doing well enough to complain to me that I have not posted a diary entry recently. I have been working on my excel spreadsheet containing the location and percentages of the varietals of all 314 barrels in storage at out winery. Here it is if you would like to see the results. Now today I will start collecting ph's and alcohols for all 314 barrels. Hi Mom! Saturday December 10, 2005 I have been working hard inputting all the alcohols and ph's for all our 2005 barrels. I have been out and about visiting the big city and shopping around here. Also last weekend we had several hundred customers here for our open house. Sales were great and the food was excellent. With all this activity I have not finished all my winery work. I have alcohols and ph's for close to 300 barrels and now I have only 30 or so to go. I may be able to finish today or certainly by Monday.  Dave
