It appears that the crop from the Aca Modot area could be lighter than I thought. I have adjusted my totals from 380 cases to 290 until harvest. We have already sold 230 cases so we won't be able to sell more until after harvest.
We will be bottling our 1999 wines starting July 6. The order will be 980 cases of Zinfandel on July 6; 255 Aca Modot and 440 cases of Cab Franc on July 7; 245 cases of Carignan, 48 cases of Pinot and 440 cases of Petite Sirah on July 10; 55 cases of Block 4 and 655 cases of Estate Cuvee on July 11. As mentioned before all these wines may be tasted on July 15 during our open house.
