We are back!!! from our 3000 mile drive up to Vancouver Canada. It was an adventure I will go into more detail later. I have stock in SAM and I tried Samuel Adams New World.........10% alcohol............it is too sweet for last night, but nice beer.

I found out that I am more cautious with my Model S. Pat wants me to drive slower so I don't want to take chances with her in the Tesla AND I am getting older so I drove more conservatively. I found out I could easily drive 225 miles on I5 at 80 miles an hour and since the Super Chargers are no more than 130 miles apart I could drive as fast as I wanted. At times I drove at 78 to make sure I did not get a ticket...........wow..........there were many cars passing me in Washington and Oregon at more than 80. I saw no cops. On windy roads, especially around Clear Lake, I found some of the smaller cars could easily keep up with this old man. This Model S can take any turn if you have the nerve.

Tonight I tried our 2012 Block One. We had given it out in our last wine club shipment in the 10 month version. I had one of our valued customers ask me if we had more left so I tried the 10 month and 16 month wines since we only have 3 cases left of the 10 month. I thought the 16 month was smoother than the 10 month but the 10 month had more complexity and had more spice. They were both nice. On June 25, last Wednesday we celebrated a belated birthday for Kate who turned 29 on Monday. I opened a 2008 and 2009 Block 4 in the 10 month version. They were both showing well with the 2008 having more spice. I tried them again last night and they were smoother but still nice.

I am proud I have solar and I am proud I have an electric car instead of an Internal Combustion Engine...............an ICE
