	Monday May 5, 2014 I went to my back specialist to day and he confirmed, I will recover. Sure I have some arthritis but I will be OK............but I told him my recurring problem was a more important problem for me. I have a pain going down my leg for over 30 years. He said we could look into that THEN I asked him: "I see you have many patients are important and need your help (I saw so many people come in while I was just a few minutes in the reception room that were brought in by helpers and they were in walkers............He said" You broke your back, a laymen term, You Broke your back, you are important" Saturday May 10, 2014 Slowly but surely my back is getting better. It has now been 6 weeks. We took two days off to travel to Santa Cruz by way of Gilroy on Tuesday. I stopped at my Mother's in Millbrae first. I had 220 miles on my Tesla by the time I got to Santa Cruz. We went home from Santa Cruz by way of Highway One on the ocean most of the way, including lunch at the Beach Chalet on the Great Highway in San Francisco......then by the Legion of Honor and onto the Golden Gate Bridge. After charging in Gilroy on the way down I had 265 miles of range. I drove as fast as I wanted and had 32 miles left when I got home........fun......fun......fun. Tesla stock is down so I bought more. We are racking and preparing for bottling starting in the second week of July. It looks like we will bottle a little over 2,000 cases. We hope to have a party in August to show off the newly bottled 2013 wines AND celebrate our 20th anniversary of making commercial wine.
